Paget's disease of the breast or nipple
Etiology:
- associated with underlying ductal carcinoma of the breast
Pathology:
- infiltration of the nipple epidermis by neoplastic cells

* electron microscopy images [3]
Clinical manifestations:
- erythematous, scaling weeping eczematous eruption or ulceration on the nipple spreading to the areola
* images [3,4]
Differential diagnosis:
- squamous cell carcinoma in situ [5]
- malignant melanoma
- atopic dermatitis: hisopathology shows spongiotic dermatitis pattern
- nipple candidiasis [5]
Special laboratory:
- skin biopsy
